Southern Belle Julep
1 1/2 oz Woodford Reserve Bourbon
1/2 oz Thatcher’s Organic Blood Orange Liqueur
1 oz white peach puree
1/2 oz  mint simple syrup
2 dashes Fee Bros. Rhubarb bitters
Top with club soda
Garnish with fresh mint sprig

1. Build all ingredients in a mixing glass
2. Add ice and shake vigorously
3. Strain over crushed ice in a collins glass
4. Top with club soda and gently stir to combine
